The T-Hub’s Human Resource Development strategy supports the NQM by building a skilled workforce through certification programs, hands-on training, and interdisciplinary education. It aims to create a strong talent pipeline for quantum hardware and software development. Collaborations with academia and industry will enhance expertise, while outreach programs will raise public awareness of quantum technologies.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT
The T-Hub aims to drive entrepreneurship by translating research into commercial innovations through start-up incubation, strategic investments, and the Quantum Innovation Gateway (QIG). It will offer resources like facility access, mentorship, funding, and training to support commercialization and empower entrepreneurs.
The T-Hub will foster collaborations with academia and industry while addressing key challenges such as funding, scalability, and policy.
