Role Overview : FQCI is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Program Manager to coordinate and manage its academic, research, technology, and outreach programs. The Program Manager will work closely with the CEO, COO, Technology Manager, Outreach Team, Principal Investigators (PIs), Technology Groups (TGs), and partner institutions to ensure the timely and effective execution of FQCI initiatives under the National Quantum Mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of FQCI Teaching Labs across participating institutions and ensure the deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate with the Technology Manager to plan and execute workshops, seminars, conferences, technical talks, faculty development programs, training programs, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with Technology Groups (TGs), Lead Principal Investigators (LPIs), partner institutions, and Member Investigators MPIs) to track research progress, project milestones, deliverables, publications, and reports.
- Manage flagship FQCI programs such as QC RISE Internship Program, QC-QUEST Event Support, QC ACCEL Industry-Academic Program, platform evaluation activities, event support, and future strategic programs.
- Support the CEO and COO in planning, executing, and monitoring organization-wide initiatives covering industry and academia.
- Maintain program documentation, reports, stakeholder communication, and track timelines, deliverables, and action items across programs.
- Support proposals, reviews, committee meetings, reporting, and implementation of new National Quantum Mission initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in science, engineering, technology, management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, research administration, academic administration, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience working in research organizations, academic institutions, Centres of Excellence, or government-funded projects.
- Familiarity with quantum technologies or other emerging technology domains.
- Experience in organizing scientific conferences, workshops, training programs, or collaborative research initiatives.

Role Overview : FQCI seeks a Technology Manager to lead the technical execution of quantum computing initiatives. This scientist-leader role bridges the gap between complex research and structured delivery, managing the project lifecycle from subsystem dependency analysis to ensuring deliverables meet National Quantum Mission (NQM) standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership & Execution: Execute project plans while tracking technical milestones, Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs), budgets, and compliance with DPR requirements and NQM guidelines.
- System Integration & Collaboration: Manage technical dependencies and drive cross-TG collaboration to ensure seamless hardware and software integration at the system level.
- Technical Documentation & Reporting: Lead the preparation of scientific reports, technical proposals, patent-ready documentation, project progress reports, execution plans, technical bulletins, and stakeholder updates.
- Stakeholder & DST Coordination: Maintain relationships with project owners, industry partners, and DST, serving as the primary interface for communications, data requests, and review requirements.
- Technology Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor national and international developments relevant to the Technology Group (TG) to support benchmarking, strategic planning, and roadmap updates.
- Technical Excellence & Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by guiding analytical methodologies, supporting research-to-industry transition activities, and ensuring timely technical decision-making.
- Productization & Commercialization Pathways: Ensure translation of research outcomes into deployable solutions by defining productization strategies and facilitating industry linkage for commercialization.
Desired Profile :
- Education: PhD in Physics, Materials Science, ECE, EE, or a related discipline with a fundamental understanding of Quantum Computing.
- Experience: * Strong record of peer-reviewed publications or patents.
- Experience writing high-impact technical reports and presenting at national/international forums.
- >2 years of experience is highly preferred for effective lab-to-project transition.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with quantum materials and the ability to evaluate TRL progress across subsystems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams of scientists.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-Doctoral experience in Quantum Technology/Computing.
- Experience with quantum technology hardware or characterization or algorithms.

3. Website & Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage posts related to Hub activities
- Design creatives and contribute to content writing
- Update website content (text, images, multimedia) regularly
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and security

- Manage content calendars and contribute blog articles
- Drive audience engagement
4. Visual Media Support
- Assist in photography and videography of events
