The Foundation for Quantum Computing India (FQCI), under the National Quantum Mission (NQM), invites proposals from eligible private academic institutions, universities, and research organizations across India for organizing seminars, symposia, workshops, conferences, and related academic events in the field of Quantum Computing Technologies. 

This initiative aims to promote awareness, foster collaboration, facilitate knowledge exchange, and strengthen India’s quantum ecosystem by bringing together researchers, educators, students, industry experts, startups, and policymakers. 

Financial Support: Selected institutions will be provided financial assistance by FQCI under the NQM to support the organization of approved events. 

Eligibility: AICTE-approved private and government higher educational institutions, deemed universities, research institutes, and academic organizations are eligible to submit proposals under this program.

Proposal Submission: Submit your proposal by providing event details, organizing institution information, objectives, expected participation, budget breakdown, bank details, and required attachments including program schedule, speaker list, and signed application proforma. 

Selection Criteria 

Proposals will be evaluated based on: 

• Alignment with the objectives of the NQM and relevance to Quantum Computing Technologies 
• Expected impact and outreach 
• Quality of proposed program and speakers
