Objectives
- A qubit IC with 50+ semiconducting spin working in qubits 20mK-10K temperature range, designed & codeveloped with commercial foundry.
- A qubit controller IC working at 4K to manipulate and readout 50+ spin qubits and designed using CMOS-PDK models customized for 4K operation.
- A quantum computer, including integration of the qubit and qubit-controller ICs with a quantum co-processor, system-level transpiler, and simulator.
